Our training centre is housed in the Llynfi Enterprise Centre on Heol Ty Gwyn Industrial Estate in Maesteg, Bridgend. The conference room is purpose-built for effective training — bright, modern, configurable, and fully equipped with quality AV, whiteboarding and the flexible furniture that lets us run anything from a four-person practitioner workshop to a twelve-person team programme.
The venue is around 25 minutes' drive from Cardiff city centre via the M4, with onward signs to Maesteg from Junction 36 (Sarn). For delegates coming by train, Maesteg station is around 50 minutes from Cardiff Central on the Maesteg Line, with a short taxi or under-15-minute walk to the venue from the station.

Maesteg sits at the head of the Llynfi Valley with great road and rail access from Cardiff, Swansea, the M4 corridor and beyond. We'll send detailed door-to-door instructions when you book.
By car
M4 Junction 36 (Sarn) is the easiest route from Cardiff (around 25 minutes), Swansea (30 minutes) and the M4 corridor. Onward signs to Maesteg from the junction. Free on-site parking right at the venue.
By train
Maesteg railway station is the closest, with regular services from Cardiff Central (about 50 minutes) on the Maesteg Line. From Maesteg station the venue is a short taxi journey or an under-15-minute walk.
By bus
Stagecoach routes serve Maesteg from Bridgend bus station and the surrounding villages. Bridgend itself is well connected by National Express coach services from across the UK.
From further afield
Cardiff Airport is approximately 40 minutes by road. Heathrow is around 2½ hours by car or rail (via London Paddington and Cardiff Central). We're happy to send detailed door-to-door instructions when you book.
