How to structure a Loop page for an ongoing project or topic, and the workspace model that organises pages into a shared team home. The information architecture decisions that determine whether Loop stays useful at three months and twelve months in.
Operating rhythms that actually work
Loop's only useful if your team's working habits change to use it. We close with the practical patterns — meeting-agenda structures, decision-capture conventions, action-tracking rhythms — that turn Loop from a feature you remembered to try into a tool the team actually relies on.
