We work through the four primary red-team techniques (devil's advocacy, pre-mortem analysis, alternative-futures analysis, key-assumption challenge) on real strategic decisions, including a structured red-teaming exercise on a problem you bring to the day. Designed for executives who recognise that their decision-quality bottleneck is groupthink and want a structured way to fix it.
